Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process before being shipped. We do not operate on weekends and national holidays. Please plan delivery time accordingly. To ensure quick delivery, please note we are unable to cancel any orders once placed.
Depending on the total weight of the item(s) you purchase, the shipping destination and the shipping method, your shipping rate will vary. Your total shipping charges will be automatically calculated during checkout prior to the completion of your order. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number immediately once your order is shipped.
If a package is returned to us by the carrier after 3 delivery attempts or a refusal, we are happy to reship for you, but will charge for the reshipment. Reshipment charges are the same as your original shipping cost. In the case where free shipping was redeemed, standard ground shipping charges will be applied.

Returns
We think you'll love our products as much as we love making them. However, if you're not 100% happy with your purchase, let us know. We offer a full money-back refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We accept returns postmarked within 30 days from the date your order was placed.
Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment.
If the original packaging has been disposed of or is no longer suitable, goods must be wrapped in appropriate packaging to ensure that the goods arrive with us in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.
